1Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the kiss915 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. These are not mere formalities — they are requirements we actively enforce to ensure our platform is used responsibly and safely by all members.

• You must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• You must be a resident of or located within a geographic area where local laws permit the use of online gaming services.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, different email addresses, or different phone numbers — is strictly prohibited.
• The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. kiss915 reserves the right to verify all such information at any time.
• Accounts may not be registered on behalf of another person, nor used by anyone other than the registered account holder.

The kiss915 registration process is designed to be simple and fast. However, this convenience does not reduce your responsibility to provide accurate information. Once an account is created, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within that account.

2Account Usage

Your kiss915 account is for your personal use only. Here are some important points regarding account usage that you should understand:

Login Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, including your username and password. kiss915 recommends using a strong password — combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols — and changing it regularly. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

Account Activity Responsibility

All activity carried out through your account — including wagering, deposits, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, contact the kiss915 support team immediately to request a temporary suspension.

Account Transfer

Kiss915 Account non-transferable, non-sellable and non-assignable to any other party under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in the permanent closure of both accounts involved.

3Deposit & Withdrawal

Kiss915 supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, and CIMB. The following terms apply to financial transactions on our platform:

Deposit

• All deposits must come from a financial account registered in the same member's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by selected payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposits are processed instantly once confirmation is received from the payment processor.
• Kiss915 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or eWallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a financial account registered in the same member's name.
• Before the first withdrawal is processed, members may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process by submitting a valid identification document.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests via DuitNow and FPX are typically processed within less than one hour during normal business hours. eWallet withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Kiss915 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals that require further review for security or compliance reasons.

4Bonus & Promotions

Kiss915 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

Wagering Requirement (Rollover)

Each bonus has its own wagering (rollover) requirement. For example, a RM 100 welcome bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling RM 2,000 before that bonus amount can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements for each promotion are clearly stated on the Promotions.

Bonus Abuse

• Each promotion may only be claimed once only unless otherwise stated.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• Kiss915 reserves the right to void any bonus claimed through unauthorized means or in violation of promotion terms.
• Betting strategies specifically designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk (known as "bonus abuse") are prohibited and may result in winnings being withheld.

Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have a set validity period. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the specified period will expire automatically and will not be reinstated.

5Game Rules

All games on the kiss915 platform — including slot games, live casino, fish shooting, and progressive jackpots — operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by internationally recognized certification bodies.

• All game results are final and binding once processed by the system.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved based on system records. If a game cannot be completed due to a technical interruption on kiss915's end, the wager will be fully refunded.
• The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players in Live Casino games — including sharing card information or strategies that disadvantage other players — is prohibited and may result in account closure.

6Security & Privacy

Personal Data Usage

Your personal information is used solely for platform operational purposes — including account verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service communications. 7Prohibited Conduct

Use of the kiss915 platform is subject to the standards of conduct we enforce for the safety of all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Registering multiple accounts for yourself or others.
• Using a false identity or another person's financial information.
• Manipulating the system or exploiting any technical bugs (bug exploitation).
• Cyberattacks, hacking attempts, or any activity that could compromise platform security.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting the bonus system through unauthorized methods.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward kiss915 customer support staff.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Kiss915 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasonable cause. Situations that may lead to such action include:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Failure to complete the KYC process when required.
• Activity suspected of involving fraud or money laundering.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Voluntary Closure

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the kiss915 customer support team. Before the account closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to the member once all conditions have been met.

Self-Limits

As part of our commitment to Responsible Gaming, members may request to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, or take a temporary break from the platform. Requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the specified period.

9Disclaimer & Liability Limits

The kiss915 platform is provided "as-is" without any implied or express warranties. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available or free from technical errors.

• Kiss915 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or third-party failures.
• Settled game results cannot be disputed on grounds of "luck" or "player expectation". Only verifiable technical errors will be considered for review.
• Kiss915's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Malaysian law governs these Terms and Conditions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
